In May I suffered a debilitating fracture to a thoracic vertebra as a result of a home accident. I spent several days in the hospital and then was released to my home. I was unable to bend, twist, or walk. This made regular day-to-day activities and even personal hygiene very difficult. I was prescribed physical therapy but didn’t know how I would even get to a physical therapy appointment. Thank goodness for Youssef Boles of Alpha Care Physical Therapy. Contacting Alpha Care PT was very easy. Youssef responded to me immediately. He set up an appointment very quickly and the best part was that the sessions were in home physical therapy. He made the appointments very convenient for myself and my family. He also took care of the insurance paperwork which was a big relief for me. Youssef came to the physical therapy sessions prepared to get as much done in the time we had each session. He was very thorough in his care for me. He assessed my needs specifically to my home in regards to tasks such as climbing the stairs, getting into the bathtub, and getting in and out of the house from the driveway. Youssef even worked with me outside to make sure that I learned the techniques and necessary steps to safely get into and out of the house with my new walker and eventually a cane. The care I received from Youssef was exceptional and I’m thankful for his help getting me through the painful injury. Thanks to the physical therapy work he did with me I was able to do more things for myself and not depend on family members or worse need to stay in a rehab facility. I would recommend Youssef Boles and Alpha Care Physical Therapy for anyone in need of thorough, thoughtful, accurate, and convenient physical therapy.

My elderly father, Steve, was in a serious car accident months ago so his pcp paired him up with Yousseff Boles. My father can be very stubborn and not want to do anything especially when he’s in pain. Youssef listened to my father, was patient with him, therefore allowing him to feel more comfortable performing his exercises. He moves like I haven’t seen him move in 10 years! He even performs the exercises Youssef suggest he do on days he’s not there with him. It’s amazing how Youssef inspired my father as well as helping him to move again. Thank you Youssef.
