How often will I need Therapy?
The frequency of your visits and duration of your care plan will be established by your Therapist at your first visit. The frequency of your therapy is determined by your individual needs.
Will you come to my house? Which geographical regions do you service?
We come to you. We serve Onondaga and Madison county.
Do you take insurance?
Yes, we take Medicare part B and other insurances.
Do I need to be homebound to be eligible for your services?
NO, Home bound status is not required to be eligible for our services as we are a private practice working with Medicare part B not a home health physical therapy agency.
What kind of housing can you provide your services?
We can provide our services in patients homes, assisted living facilities, independent living facilities, or senior living community apartments.
